RaiseMe is a free platform that allows students to earn micro-scholarships towards colleges they might want to transfer to in the future. As a student progresses through community college coursework, they receive incremental “micro-scholarships” from colleges for those achievements as the student logs those achievements in a free online portfolio.

Today, four guests join to talk about RaiseMe and the opportunities it provides to students from the perspective of Ivy Tech as well as two of our transfer partners - Valparaiso University and IUPUI. Today’s guests are:

  • Russ Baker, Vice President for Academic Affairs
  • Jordan Dubberke, Assistant Director, Transfer Admission, Valparaiso University
  • Julie Landaw, Director, IUPUI and Ivy Tech Coordinated Programs Office
  • Tara Zirkel, Senior Manager, Community College Partnerships with RaiseMe
